What you get

• Buyers for your own listing. Every match clicks through to your site, with a named source credit.
• Price verdict. Your items appear measured against the district price/m² benchmark, not in a blind list.
• Change tracking. If you do not supply price history, we keep it: from the second upload on, every price change is visible.
• No commission, no exclusivity. Főtér does not broker deals and does not compete with you.
• We do not republish it as a listing. Főtér is not a listing platform: your item appears in the daily report as decision information, while the listing itself stays on your site. We do not build a competing listings database out of your inventory.

What we deliberately do not ask for

The contact data of the advertiser and the agent — contact_name, contact_phone, contact_email, agent, owner — is discarded by the endpoint, before storage. We have no need for it: the buyer contacts you. This is the principle of data minimisation (GDPR Article 5(1)(c)), and the response also tells you which fields we dropped.

Onboarding in three steps

1. 1 You get an API key and a test endpoint.
2. 2 You upload as few as a single item — there is no lower limit and no need to batch. You get back what passed and what did not, with a reason for each row. For a first round 10–50 items is comfortable, but one is enough to try it.
3. 2b Or, if it is only one item and you would rather not involve a developer: submit it on a form. It lands in the same place.
4. 3 You set it to a daily or hourly schedule. That is it.
